With over 25 years of leadership, technology delivery, and enterprise Agile transformation experience, Shawn has spent his career focused on one core question: how do we build teams and leaders who can deliver results and thrive while doing it?
Shawn has worked across large, complex organizations including Philips, Siemens and Cox Automotive helping engineering and technology organizations, teams and leaders improve execution, strengthen governance and metrics, and create healthier ways of working.
He’s partnered with leaders and teams to clarify priorities, reduce friction in delivery, and build the confidence and capability needed to lead through change. His passion is helping people grow, clients, colleagues, and communities by turning big challenges into practical systems that actually stick.
In addition to his professional work, Shawn stays active in the local Atlanta community through serving on the board of a non-profit, volunteering, mentoring, and ongoing involvement in leadership development initiatives.

With almost two decades of experience in technology consulting and management, Steven has spent his career exploring a central question: How can organizations use technology to create meaningful impact? He has worked with thousands of businesses, nonprofits, and government organizations to design technology strategies, strengthen cybersecurity, and optimize operational workflows.
Before founding Automate AI, Steven worked with global technology leaders including Xerox, Verizon, and T-Mobile, gaining deep experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, and scalable infrastructure solutions. Steven also serves as President & CEO of TeamLogic IT in the Southeast, where he has built one of the fastest-growing IT service providers in the region and serves as the fractional CTO for hundreds of companies across the country.
Beyond his professional work, Steven is passionate about strengthening the communities around him. He serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, volunteers regularly in community initiatives, and coaches local youth sports teams. Whether working with clients, colleagues, or community members, Steven is driven by a simple mission: to use technology to improve the lives of the people it touches.
